Polna 28/27, with NIP number: 9591747579 and REGON number: 366476756, for the purpose of enabling email contact with the Administrator, as well as for the purpose of contacting recipients, documenting arrangements made with clients, contractors, and other individuals, receiving letters, notifications, and applications in electronic form, protecting against claims, and pursuing potential claims. The data will be retained for one year from the date of receipt of correspondence, unless the messages contain content essential for the pursuit of claims or defense against claims, in which case selected messages will be stored for up to three years.

This consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
